When the meter has an alarm failure, the smart energy meter will remind the user with the LCD display and the alarm light on, and when the meter is in an alarm state, it needs to be dealt with in time. There are many faults that cause meter alarms, and the following editor will introduce some common fault alarms.

1. Battery failure alarm: When the clock battery and low-power battery of the meter are dead or the voltage is low, the battery symbol and alarm light will flash on the LCD screen to remind the user. Battery 1 alarm is a clock battery alarm, if not replaced in time, the time of the meter will be disordered, affecting the meter's measurement, the user needs to report the problem, and then return to the factory for maintenance; Battery 2 alarm is a low-power battery alarm, after a power outage, the event record of the meter will be chaotic, and the battery needs to be replaced in time.


2. Loss voltage alarm: When there is no voltage in a certain phase or multiphase voltage of the meter, or it is lower than 70% of the rated voltage, the alarm light of the meter will flash. Users should check whether there is a problem with their operation, if there is no problem, check whether the line is normal.


3. Current loss alarm: When the three-phase voltage of the meter is greater than the critical voltage of the energy meter, any phase or two phases of the three-phase current is less than the starting current, or there is no current, and the load current of the other phase line is greater than 5% of the rated current, the alarm light of the meter will flash. The user should check whether the meter, transformer, and line are faulty, and if so, the meter and transformer should be replaced and the line should be sorted out.



4. Voltage reverse phase sequence alarm: when the voltage of the meter is connected to the user

When the three-phase voltage timing of A, B and C is opposite, the meter will be displayed on the LCD display; -UA、-UB、-Uc ; And; reversed-phase sequence ; and the alarm light flashes to alert the user. The voltage reverse phase sequence is the A, B, C three-phase voltage wiring is reversed, in the state of normal metering, the wiring should be corrected in time, otherwise the impact will be great, and there is no need to talk about the specifics. On the one hand, the smart energy meter transmits safe and high-quality electrical energy to the user's electrical equipment through the smart meter; With the widespread application of new energy, many distributed new energy, such as wind energy, solar energy, etc., have been fully used on the user side, and this micro distributed energy can also be fed back to the power grid through smart meters and connected to the grid. Therefore, smart meters need to have the functions of two-way power transmission and metering.


5. Current reverse phase alarm: when the A, B and C three-phase current line wiring of the meter are connected in reverse, the LCD display of the meter is displayed on the %;-IA, -IB, Ic; And; reversed-phase sequence ; and the alarm light flashes to remind the user. The phase wire is reversed, the power of the meter may be reversed, the user had better correct the meter wiring in time, of course, the situation has generally been burned.


6. Phase deficiency alarm: When one of the phases of the meter's three-phase power supply is cut off, the alarm light will turn on. With the help of remote communication function, users can remotely control various intelligent loads at home, such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, lighting, etc., through the Internet or mobile communication network in different places, and at the same time, remote monitoring and alarm can also be realized through the remote communication function of smart meters. Users need to check the line to find out the cause.


7. Voltage and current imbalance alarm: When the three-phase voltage and current of the meter are unbalanced, the alarm light will flash. If the fluctuation is not large, it can be ignored, and if the fluctuation is large, the line and electrical equipment should be checked.


8. Overload alarm: When the user's electricity load is too large and exceeds the power load of the meter, the alarm light will turn on. Users should reduce the power load or connect to transformers.


9. Overvoltage alarm: If the voltage is greater than 1.15 times the rated voltage of the meter, the alarm light will turn on. The user needs to check the cause of the voltage being too high, when the voltage is reduced to less than 1.15 times.


10. Power reverse alarm: When the wiring of the meter is reversed, the alarm light of the meter will turn on. The user needs to correct the wiring
