(formerly Zhejiang Huabang Power Meter Co., Ltd.), established in 1992, is situated adjacent to Wenzhou city with National Highway 104 passing through the area, ensuring excellent transportation access. With a registered capital of 50 million RMB, the company operates a new 10,000-square-meter production facility equipped with specialized manufacturing, testing, and metering equipment, supported by strong technical capabilities. It has an annual production capacity of 3.6 million single-phase energy meters and 300,000 three-phase energy meters. As a high-tech enterprise, it is dedicated to the research, development, and sales of intelligent products for power systems.

In 2003, the company invested in establishing Shanghai Yaobang Electric Co., Ltd., a production base dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service of frequency converters, soft starters, CPS (KBO), and other multifunctional electrical products. The company has built a systematic marketing network and after-sales service system, with business covering municipal projects, electrical transmission, industrial automation, new energy, rail transit traction, energy management, and building intelligence. It meets the diverse needs of power systems with precise, reliable, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly smart power distribution products.
