1. Electrical equipment maintenance operation procedures:

• (1) After the power outage of the electrical equipment for maintenance, the electrical inspection must be carried out, the electroscope should meet the voltage level, and the high-voltage part must wear insulating gloves.

• (2) On the handle of the knife gate of the power outage line, hang a warning sign saying "no closing, someone is working", and hang a sign of "high voltage with electricity, no entry" outside the safety fence of the non-power outage part.  

• (3) After the maintenance work is completed, the grounding wire is removed, the personnel are evacuated from the site, and the power transmission is allowed to be resumed only after removing the warning sign. 

• (4) It is strictly forbidden to overhaul all kinds of electrical equipment with electricity. The basic requirements for electrical equipment in terms of safety technology  

2. In order to ensure the safety of people and equipment, there are the following requirements for electrical equipment in terms of safety technology:

• (1) Reliable protective measures should be taken for live equipment that is exposed to the ground and easily accessible to the human body.

• (2) The live part of the equipment should keep a certain safety distance from the ground and other live parts.  

• (3) The power system that is prone to overvoltage should have lightning rods, lightning protection lines, lightning arresters, protection gaps and other overvoltage protection devices.  

• (4) The low-voltage power system should have grounding and zero connection protection devices.  

• (5) Different types of protection measures such as installing high-voltage fuses and circuit breakers should be taken for various high-voltage electrical equipment; Corresponding low-voltage electrical equipment should be protected by corresponding low-voltage electrical equipment.

• (6) Safety signs should be set up at the installation site of electrical equipment.  

• (7) According to the characteristics and requirements of some electrical equipment, special safety measures should be taken. Pay attention to electrical insulation and protective grounding. Keeping distribution lines and electrical equipment well insulated is the most basic element to ensure personal safety and the normal operation of electrical equipment. The performance of electrical insulation is good by measuring parameters such as insulation resistance, withstand voltage strength, leakage current, and dielectric loss.
