Construction safety

1. All personnel engaged in electrical work must be full-time electricians who have undergone professional training from the labor department at or above the county level and hold an electrician certificate to work on electricity; It is strictly forbidden for non-electricians to operate on electricity; Live operation is strictly prohibited, and the unit shall be responsible for all consequences caused by violations.

2 During the construction process, all electrical equipment must be one machine, one gate, one leak (leakage protector) and one box (distribution box), and fuses should be reasonably selected, and other metal wires should not be used instead of fuses. Temporary wires must be erected more than 3.5m from the ground, the depth of the cable is not less than 80cm, ordinary cables cannot be buried underground, to be erected away from the ground, cables and wires are mixed together, wires and cables temporarily not used should be put away, wires and cables must be connected to the connection point of the gate knife or other switches, reverse connection is not allowed, and it is forbidden to connect directly to the wire or cable. The height of the iodine tungsten lamp stand must exceed 2.4m, and metal rods are not allowed to be used as brackets. 3. The distribution box must be intact and rainproof, the door of the distribution box should always be closed, and it should be locked after use, and the distribution box and live mechanical equipment (welding machine, butt welding machine, rib cutting machine, bending machine, water pump) must be protected to zero or grounded, and the grounding wire can be metal wire, (area not less than 25mm2) or steel bar (diameter not less than 16mm) into the damp place with a depth of not less than 1.5m underground, and the connection is intact.

4 The wiring of the lower port of the distribution box should be good, the bolts must be tightened, and the joints should not be exposed, let alone burrs. Especially for temporary welding machines, more attention should be paid to good wiring when lighting, wires should be well insulated on the outer skin, in line with safety regulations, electric welding machines and other electrical equipment must be intact, and rainproof protection components are complete.  

5 The power supply must be cut off during the inspection and maintenance of live machinery and implements, and it is strictly forbidden to inspect and repair live electricity.  

6 Sufficient brightness must be ensured during night work to meet the standard of clear vision.

7 The wire switch should not be pulled on the head of the bed, iodine tungsten lamps and electric stoves are not allowed to be used for heating indoors, and electric blankets should be used to turn off the electricity to avoid fire.  

8 Grounding treatment must be carried out when driving beams, each hole beam must have a grounding wire, the outer mold steel frame should be connected with a grounding wire, see the third ground wire standard, the lighting line on the beam formwork must be with cable wire or sheathed wire, plastic copper wire is not allowed,  the power line must use cable wire, each hole beam must be equipped with more than one standard distribution box, and the lighting in the inner mold must use 36 volts safety voltage. The welding machine should be connected to the leakage protector or air switch, and it is forbidden to connect to the gate knife switch.

9 All units should save electricity and impose fines for the phenomenon of electricity waste.

10 The personnel of the material and equipment department of the project department, together with the personnel of the safety and quality department and the safety room, will inspect and spot check the safe electricity use at any time from time to time, and fine the violations according to the circumstances.
