Overview

• Main purpose and scope of application

  The DD862 series single-phase energy meter is an induction type energy meter used for measuring single-phase AC active energy with a reference frequency of 50Hz. Its technical specifications comply with the provisions of GB/T17212.311-2008.

• Environmental conditions for use

  The electric energy meter is fixedly installed for indoor use, suitable for ambient temperatures of -10~+50 ℃, relative temperatures not exceeding 85%, and there should be no corrosive gases in the surrounding air to avoid the influence of dust, salt spray, condensation, etc.

Installation and Usage

• The electric energy meter is inspected and sealed with lead before leaving the factory. Before use, it is necessary to check that the lead seal is intact before installation. For electricity meters without lead seals or stored for too long, they must be re inspected by authorized departments before installation and use.

• The electric energy meter is fixed with three screws, and holes are pre drilled according to the installation size of 140 * 106 millimeters as shown in the diagram, ensuring that the deviation between the installed and fixed electric energy meter and the vertical position does not exceed 1 degree.

• The electric energy meter must be strictly wired according to the wiring diagram on the cover plate of the terminal box. The incoming wire for connecting the terminal should use copper wire, and the cross-sectional area of the copper wire should ensure that the current carrying capacity per square millimeter is not greater than 5A. The fixing screws must be tightened to avoid burning due to poor contact or too thin lead wires.

• When transcribing electricity, attention should be paid to the reading of the meter. The numbers in the white box are decimals, the numbers in the blue box are integers, and if there is no white box, they are all integers. Example 5 (20) A, a white box, the previous meter reading was 00985, which is 98.5kWh, and the subsequent meter reading was 01248, which is 124.8 kWh, indicating an actual electricity consumption of 26.3kWh.
