Product Overview

This product adopts an advanced microcontroller processing system for data collection, processing, and storage. It adds 4G communication and Bluetooth communication functions on the basis of traditional IC prepaid electricity meters. It communicates with the base station through the operator's 4G network and uploads it to the cloud server to achieve remote communication, remote meter reading, remote power on/off, and mobile prepayment of electricity bills. In the case of unstable 4G network, you can immediately switch to Bluetooth mode to achieve Bluetooth meter reading and Bluetooth recharge in a timely manner. At the same time, the 4G+Bluetooth dual-mode meter has the characteristics of high precision, high reliability, high overload, low self power consumption, and complementary communication advantages. The backend system interface design is simple and beautiful, the process operation is convenient, and users are easy to get started, perfectly solving the problems of inconvenient meter reading for landlords and difficult water fee collection. It is suitable for rental houses, apartments, property management, parks, campuses and other scenarios. The main functions are as follows:

• Online collection: The landlord adds a bank card collection account or a WeChat Alipay collection account through the WeChat applet, and the tenant directly arrives at the landlord's collection account after paying the electricity bill;

• Online payment: tenants can make online payment by scanning the meter QR code or sharing the QR code with the landlord, and support WeChat Alipay dual platforms (unlimited distance in 4G mode; Under Bluetooth mode, there are no obstacles within 10 meters;

• Remote closing: When the remaining power of the meter is "0", the system automatically closes the switch. Administrators can forcibly turn on and off the electricity meter when there is remaining power.

• Automatic meter reading: When there is a signal, the software end of the meter will refresh the electricity level on the homepage every 30 minutes. Back end meter reading records, saving one record per day.

Instructions for Use

1. User side (tenant version)

• Recharge electricity meter

  Use WeChat/Alipay to scan the QR code on the meter, or enter the applet through the link and QR code shared by the administrator;

  Click on 'Meter Reading' to obtain the latest electricity level;

  Click on 'Meter Recharge', select the recharge amount, and pay immediately

  Click on the "Complete" prompt on the payment page to complete the recharge.

  
  

  
  

• Precautions

  You can click on "Payment Records" in the "My" interface to view your historical recharge records;

  You can click on "Meter Reading Records" in the "My" interface to view historical meter reading records;

  Bluetooth mode, Bluetooth permission and location information need to be enabled, please note to keep within 4 meters of the device when recharging;

  You can subscribe to the low power alarm notification. If the remaining power in the meter is lower than the set alarm value, WeChat official account will push the message notification.

1. User side (tenant version)

First time using the mini program, please register an account first.

• Open WeChat and scan the QR code on the electricity meter to enter the mini program;

• Click on "My" and then click on "Enter Management" to jump to the management page;

• Click on 'Login Now', click on 'Register' to enter new user registration;

• Fill in your phone number, verification code, password, and click "Register" to complete the process;

• After registration, enter your phone number and password to log in to the mini program.

  

  

  
  

2. Add device

• On the homepage of the management end, click "Add Device" or click the "+sign" in the upper right corner;

• Scan the QR code on the device to add it;

• Fill in the installation location, name, pricing, and other relevant information of the device, and click "Next" to successfully add it.

  
  

  
  

  

3. Bind the receiving account

Before using the device, a payment account must be bound.

• In the "My" interface, click on "Collection Account" to bind the account;

• Click on 'Personal User', bind the bank card, and the payment will be automatically credited to the account the next day;

• Input the name, ID number, bank card number and verification code correctly;

• Once the input is complete, click on "Bind Bank Card" to proceed.

  

4. Income analysis

• Enter the mini program and click on revenue;

• You can view income details on a monthly or yearly basis.

  

  
  

5. Electricity (energy consumption) analysis

Single meter electricity analysis

• Click on the device you want to view on the homepage to enter the device page;

• Click on more to enter the function page;

• Click on electricity analysis to view the electricity consumption of a single table on a monthly or annual basis.

• Click on Energy Consumption Analysis on my page to view the overall energy consumption analysis by month or year.

6. Other functions

• Enter the meter details page to view the total electricity consumption and remaining electricity information; This interface allows for forced opening and closing of switches, modification of unit prices, sharing, and other operations;

• Click on "More" in the upper right corner of the details page to enter the function page:

  ① Meter reading: reading the latest electricity consumption and remaining electricity; ② Equipment details: can rename location, can delete meter equipment; ③ QR code: Administrators can save or print QR codes for users to use; ④ Battery reset: can reset the power consumption and remaining power; ⑤ Meter reading records: View all meter reading records; ⑥ Zeroing record: View all meter zeroing records; ⑦ Electricity analysis: check the electricity consumption of the meter; ⑧ Recharge Record: You can query the historical recharge records of this table.

  

Installation method

1. Check

• Before installation, check whether the model and specifications of the product marked on the packaging box match the actual product. If they do not match, please contact the manufacturer;

• Check if the outer shell of the product in the packaging box is damaged and if the lead seal is intact. If there is any damage, please contact the supplier.

2. Installation method

• Single phase electricity meter wiring method

  1) Connect the live wire L and neutral wire N powered by the power supply to the corresponding holes in the figure below, and tighten the screws to ensure that the copper wire is in place;

  2) Connect the live wire L and neutral wire N connected to the load to the corresponding holes in the diagram, and tighten the screws to ensure that the copper wire is in place.

  
  

• Three phase electricity meter wiring method

  1) Connect the live wires A, B, C, and neutral wire N of the power supply to the corresponding holes in the following diagram, tighten the screws, and ensure that the copper wires are in place;
