Overview

The DTSY866 series electronic three-phase four wire three-phase three wire prepaid electricity meter adopts a shielded and sealed structure, and uses a single-chip microcontroller for data acquisition, processing, and storage. Has good resistance to electromagnetic interference, low power consumption, high accuracy, high overload, and long lifespan. Safety complies with all technical requirements for electronic three-phase four wire prepaid electricity meters in GB/T17215-2002, GB/T18460.3-2001, and DL/T645-1997 standards. Main features: Application of computer management, purchasing electricity first and then using it; Can provide load limiting control according to user requirements, one meter one card (one meter multiple cards), dedicated card, no power loss after card loss, and can be reused after card replacement; Electric cards can transmit data bidirectionally; Can automatically alert users to purchase electricity or overload; When the battery level is zero, the power will automatically trip and cut off; Has certain anti-theft software design, etc.

Structure and working principle

The energy metering part of the electricity meter adopts a large-scale dedicated metering chip for control and management. The part adopts strong anti-interference and ultra-low power consumption microprocessor (CPU).

  • Working principle of electric energy metering section

    The electric energy metering part obtains voltage samples from a voltage divider, performs current sampling through a high stability shunt, obtains a voltage current product signal through a multiplier, and then generates a counting pulse with frequency proportional to the product of voltage and current through frequency conversion.


  • Working principle of data processing and control section

    The electric energy metering pulse is sent to the CPU for processing through a photoelectric coupler, and after calculation, it is stored. The computer power sales management system uses an RF card reader to write a certain amount of electricity and monitoring requirements into the RF card input table of the microprocessor system. After CPU operation, it provides display, alarm, and cut-off status signals.


Installation and Usage

  • The electricity meter is inspected and qualified before leaving the factory, and sealed with a lead seal before installation and use. If there is no lead seal or it has been stored for too long, relevant departments should be asked to re verify and seal it before installation and use.


  • The electricity meter should be installed vertically in a dry and ventilated place, and the base plate for installing the meter should be fixed on a sturdy, fire-resistant, and vibration resistant wall, with a height of about 1.8 meters.


  • Connect the wires according to the wiring diagram and tighten the wiring screws. (Suggestion: Tin plating should be applied to the wires connected to the electricity meter.)


  • Before opening an account, it is necessary to reset the electricity meter to its initial state using a reset card (----), then place the RF card on the reader and operate the computer to encrypt the user code, pre purchased electricity, limited power, etc. into the RF card to create an account opening card.


  • When selling electricity, place the RF card on the reader and operate the computer to encrypt the user code, pre ordered power, limited power, etc. into the RF card, generating a power purchase card.


  • When in use, place the RF card at the surface label of the electricity meter. If it is a valid card, the meter will automatically read the data into the meter. The reading and writing of data is a process, and users must wait until they see the total remaining power before safely leaving. During the process, the screen will display the amount of electricity purchased, the remaining amount of electricity, and the total amount of electricity used. Then return the card and keep the RF card properly.


  • The maximum stored power of the electricity meter is 99999.9 kWh, and the displayed maximum value is 99999.9 kWh. When the purchased power and the remaining power in the meter exceed 99999.9 kWh, an Err09 warning will be displayed and the remaining power on the RF card will not be renewed and will continue to be saved for future use.


  • During the operation of the electricity meter, if the display screen flashes an alarm, it warns the user that the battery level is too low and they need to purchase electricity.


  • When the user is overloaded with electricity, the screen will display an overload alarm and automatically restore power after three minutes of power-off protection. If the user responds by swiping their card, power can be restored immediately.


  • The RF cards held by users cannot be exchanged. Each meter corresponds to one RF card. If lost, the user should go to the power supply department (electricity sales office) to replace the card.


  • When the remaining power is zero, the electricity meter will trip and cut off the power. At this time, swiping the RF card on the electricity meter once can overdraw the power supply once. The overdrawn power is set by the power supply department and displayed as (overdrawn, * * -00.0). * * indicates that the power supply department has set the effective overdrawn power for the user, with a maximum of 99KW. h. -00.0 represents the actual overdrawn electricity consumption of the user. Users should purchase electricity immediately, and once the remaining balance reaches zero, power cannot be supplied.

Transportation and Storage

  • The transportation and storage of electric energy meters should not be subjected to severe impacts, and should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBY003-82/84 "Technical Conditions for Instrument Packaging". The stored energy meter should be in its original packaging, and the ambient temperature of the storage location should not exceed -25 ° C to+70 ° C, with a relative humidity of no more than 85%. The air should not contain corrosive gases. The electric energy meter should be stored on a rack in the warehouse, with a stacking height of no more than 10 boxes. After unpacking, the stacking height of individual packaged energy meters should not exceed 10.
