Overview

  • The DTS866-4G three-phase active electronic energy meter is used for measuring active energy in power supply departments, factories, enterprises, commercial and agricultural power and lighting equipment. The meter adopts imported specialized large-scale integrated circuits, digital sampling processing technology and SMT technology, and is a new type of energy meter designed and manufactured according to the actual electricity consumption of industrial users. Used for measuring AC three-phase active energy with a frequency of 50Hz, the electricity consumption is displayed on a LCD screen, and the reading is intuitive and easy to read. This instrument has 4G communication function, providing advanced and reliable measurement tools for three-phase energy measurement.

  • The metering module used in this meter can accurately measure three-phase positive and negative bidirectional active energy. Accurate, stable, reliable measurement, with good resistance to electromagnetic interference, low power consumption, high accuracy, anti-theft, wide range, long life and other characteristics. This instrument complies with the GB/T 17215.321-2008 standard for Class 1 and Class 2 Static AC Active Energy Meters.


working principle

  • This electric energy meter adopts a three-phase power supply mode and can work normally under any single-phase power supply situation. When the electric energy meter is working, the voltage and current are sampled separately by the sampling circuit and sent to the large-scale dedicated integrated circuit for buffering and amplification. Then, they are converted into digital signals by a 16 bit A/D converter. After being processed by a digital multiplier, they are converted into pulses proportional to the magnitude of the electric energy, which drive the meter to accumulate electric energy and drive the pulse indicator light, and output pulses for measurement.

Main functions

  • Energy metering function: active energy metering. Three phase power supply, one or two phases of power outage, measurement accuracy is not affected.

  • Output interface: with optocoupler isolation active passive pulse output interface.

  • 4G communication function: With NB communication interface, it is convenient for users to read battery data through the communication interface, which is convenient and reliable.


Installation and wiring

  • Before installation and use, the lead seal of the electric energy meter should be checked for integrity. If there is no lead seal or the storage time is more than 1 year, relevant departments should be asked to recheck before installation and use. If any abnormal phenomena are found during the use of the electric meter, users cannot disassemble it without authorization and should seek qualified professionals to handle it.

  • Instruments should be installed and used indoors. When installed outdoors, there must be a dedicated instrument box for protection, which should be installed by professionals. Users are not allowed to disassemble or open the lead seal at will.

  • The upper part of the electric energy meter has hook screw holes, which are fixed with M4 hook screws. The lower part of the electric energy meter has 2 installation holes, which are fixed to the wiring board with M4 × 10 or M4 × 12 ordinary screws.   • The electric energy meter should be wired correctly according to the wiring diagram attached on the back of the terminal box cover, and the wiring screws should be tightened.
