3. Display
display mode
The electric energy meter adopts LCD display information, and under normal use conditions, the service life is greater than 10 years. The LCD alternately displays the remaining power, total power consumption, (first channel) L total power consumption, (second channel) L total power consumption, and total purchased power. The basic unit for displaying the energy value is kWh, and the number of digits displayed is 8 with 2 decimal places. The electricity meter has two metering channels and records the electricity consumption of each channel and the total electricity consumption of the two channels separately.
indicator light
The energy meter uses high brightness, long-life LEDs as indicator lights. Two pulse 1 and pulse 2 indicator lights: red, normally off, flashing when measuring active energy. Two way trip 1 and trip 2 indicator lights: yellow, normally off, lights up when tripped, and the LCD displays the word "trip".

5. Mechanical and structural requirements
General Requirements
The design and structure of the electric energy meter can ensure that it does not cause any danger when used under rated conditions. Using an isolation transformer with two outputs to provide working power for the meter's internal measurement and data processing section, as well as the communication section.
watch case
The electric energy meter has a case that can be sealed, and only after breaking the seal can the internal components of the meter be accessed.
packaging
Product packaging shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 13384-2008 "General Technical Conditions for Packaging of Mechanical and Electrical Products".
6. Functional requirements
Normal power consumption state: The LED pulse light flashes, and the speed of flashing is related to the user's electricity consumption. The more electricity consumption, the faster the pulse light flashes.
Communication function: It has 485 communication function and a baud rate of 2400bps.
Remote cost control function: The implementation of cost control function is remote. After receiving communication instructions, the energy meter can cut off or restore the user's electricity load, forcing the user to purchase electricity.
Pulse output: The electric energy meter has the function of outputting LED pulses and electrical pulses proportional to the measured electrical energy. The characteristics of the optical test output device comply with the requirements of GB/T 17215.211-2006. The characteristics of the electrical test output device comply with the requirements of GB/T 15284-2002.
7. Electrical performance requirements
Power consumption:
Voltage line
At the reference voltage, reference temperature, and reference frequency, the active power and apparent power consumption of the voltage line of the electric energy meter shall not exceed 1W and 8VA, respectively; Not exceeding 3W and 12VA in communication state.
Current line
At the basic current, reference temperature, and reference frequency, the apparent power consumption of the current circuit of the energy meter shall not exceed 1VA.
