Product Overview

This product adopts an advanced microcontroller processing system for data collection, processing, and storage. It adds 4G communication and Bluetooth communication functions on the basis of traditional IC prepaid water meters. It communicates with the base station through the operator's 4G network and uploads it to the cloud server to achieve remote communication, remote meter reading, remote switch valve, mobile prepaid water fee and other functions.

Based on the low-power 4G network of water meters, which cannot issue real-time data, adding Bluetooth communication mode can achieve real-time Bluetooth meter reading and Bluetooth recharge. At the same time, the 4G+Bluetooth dual-mode water meter has the characteristics of high precision, high reliability, high lifespan, low power consumption, and complementary communication advantages. The backend system interface design is simple and beautiful, the process operation is convenient, and users are easy to use, perfectly solving the difficulty of landlord electricity collection. It is suitable for scenarios such as apartments, property management, parks, and campuses. The main functions are as follows:

• Online payment: Administrators can add bank card payment accounts through WeChat mini programs, and users can directly receive payment from the administrator's linked payment account after paying water bills (which will be credited the next day on weekdays);

• Online payment: users can pay online by scanning the QR code of the water meter, and support WeChat and Alipay (unlimited distance in 4G mode); Under Bluetooth mode, if there are no obstacles within 10 meters, real-time notification will be sent to the water meter;

• Remote switch valve: When the remaining water level of the water meter is "0", the system automatically closes the valve. Administrators can force on/off valves when there are remaining water bills on the water meter;

• Automatic meter reading: Under signal conditions, the mini program reads the water meter once a day, refreshes the water consumption, and saves the meter reading water consumption to the system backend.

• Low water volume alarm: when the remaining water volume is lower than the alarm value set by the administrator, you can send a short message or WeChat official account alarm to remind users to pay the water fee in time to avoid water cut-off;

Instructions for Use

1. User side

1) Use WeChat or Alipay to scan the QR code on the water meter and enter the water meter details page;

2) Click on meter reading to view the remaining water volume of the water meter;

3) Click on the water meter recharge, select the recharge amount, pay immediately, and complete the recharge;

4) You can view the historical recharge records in the recharge records.

2. Management end (landlord version)

1) Use WeChat or Alipay to scan the QR code on the water meter, enter the applet, follow the prompts to register and log in the applet, click My at the bottom right to improve the information;

2) Click on [Scan Code] to add a water meter. Each QR code is an independent QR code, which can be used to fill in information such as the installation location of the water meter and the water price (which can be modified);

3) Before using the device, it is necessary to bind a payment account. Click on "My" in the bottom right corner and then click on "Payment Account" in the top corner. Payment accounts are divided into individual users and enterprise users, and users can fill in according to their needs;

4) Enter the water meter details page to view the total and remaining water usage information. You can also modify water prices, force switch valves, and other operations on the interface;

Note: Recharge for management does not require payment of fees;

Installation method

1. Check

1) Before installation, check whether the model and specifications of the product marked on the packaging box match the actual product. If they do not match, please contact the manufacturer;

2) Check if the outer shell of the product in the packaging box is damaged and if the lead seal is intact. If there is any damage, please contact the manufacturer.

2. Installation method

1) The direction of the arrow on the watch case must be consistent with the direction of water flow during installation, and the installation must be horizontal;

2) Use a wrench to tighten the fittings such as pipe joints, connecting nuts, and sealing washers to the inlet and outlet of the water meter, with the standard of no water leakage.

Precautions

• 1) Strictly install according to the direction of water flow and the correct flow and pressure of water, otherwise it will damage this product;

• 2) When the LCD screen shows low battery, please replace the battery in a timely manner;

• 3) It is strictly prohibited to install the product inside a fully enclosed metal casing to avoid affecting Bluetooth communication;

• 4) Before installing the water meter, the debris inside the water pipe should be cleaned to ensure smooth water flow;

• 5) Please do not open the product without authorization. If you have any problems, please contact us;

• 6) Pay attention to waterproofing and moisture prevention for water meters and instrument covers, and strictly prohibit water from entering the interior of the base meter circuit board;
