Product Introduction
This multi-user electric energy meter (non-contact M1 card prepaid electric energy meter) is a new product independently developed by our company. It can control 39 single-phase or 13 three-phase users separately (or mix single-phase and three-phase on the same meter). It uses a high-frequency radio frequency card (MI card) as the link for data transmission. M1 card has the advantages of contactless, anti attack, large capacity, good encryption, stable data transmission, and long service life. This meter can also be connected to the network through RS485, and up to 256 meters can share one card reader. Users do not need to swipe their card at the meter after purchasing electricity, and can automatically copy the electricity consumption information of each household through the computer at any time, making it easy for the management department to timely calculate the monthly electricity consumption.
The electric energy meter is centrally installed and produced using microelectronics technology and surface welding process. The microcontroller processing system realizes data detection, household measurement, and cyclic display. The non-contact M1 RF card controls power on and off to achieve prepaid purposes, facilitating property management, eliminating theft and leakage behavior, and completely solving the problem of difficulty in collecting electricity bills. This electric energy meter has the advantages of small size, anti electromagnetic interference, low power consumption, long service life, and intelligent meter reading. It is an ideal product for measuring and controlling electricity consumption in enterprises, institutions, newly built residential buildings, renovated old buildings, high-rise buildings, student apartments, and other residential areas.
Features
1. Multi user energy meters can accurately measure high precision and measure active energy in both positive and negative directions, preventing electricity theft.

6. Low battery alarm function: The alarm battery level can be set. When the user's electricity consumption is lower than the set value, the battery level display window of the meter will automatically flash or give a power-off prompt to the user. It has a power outage alarm flashing prompt. When the power outage alarm is reached, the meter will automatically power off. If the user continues to use the remaining power in the meter, they need to swipe their card once to continue using it.
7. Adopting a dual CPU structure, it has strong functionality and excellent performance.
8. RF cards have the characteristics of contactless, moisture-proof, anti attack, good encryption, stable data transmission, and long service life. The data in the RF card can be stored for more than 20 years, and it adopts encrypted control logic and communication circuits for higher reliability.
9. This machine has a relay demagnetization function to prevent demagnetization. Every 8-15 minutes, all relays should be demagnetized once. If the user swipes their card during the demagnetization, the relay may not operate completely. When demagnetized again, the relay will be normal.

Purpose and Scope of Application
Under normal use, the digital tube of a multi-user energy meter displays the meter number, sales software unit number, user number, and total remaining power in a loop. When the power outage alarm is reached or the remaining power is zero, the relay is disconnected, and the digital tube in the lower row flashes 0.0 per household, prompting the user to purchase electricity and recharge in a timely manner. When recharging and swiping a card, the electricity meter first displays the user's current purchase amount, and then displays the user's accumulated remaining amount. If the power outage alarm is reached, the remaining power in the meter can continue to be used, and the user needs to swipe their card again to continue using the remaining power in the meter.
Meter reading method
1. Direct reading meter reading
The display window of this electric energy meter has two rows of LED digital tubes, and the upper row displays the user number: for example, 0001 represents the first household; 0002 represents the second household... The user number 0001 in the upper row corresponds to the electricity consumption of the first household in the lower row, and so on. The highest display shows 99999.9kWh, with one household switching every four seconds.

There is a seven pin socket (for inspection and calibration) and a 4-pin socket (for RS485) on the upper case of the watch, as shown in the figure:

1. Input the current line from the input end of the verified user through the calibration device, output it from the output end of the user, and apply the voltage line between this phase input line and the neutral line N.
2. By using a dedicated seven pin plug, apply one pin (positive pulse) and seven pins (negative impulse) of the seven pin socket to the pulse input of the calibration table. The pulse constant of the tested multi meter is single-phase K=1600i m p/KW. h and three-phase K=1600i m p/KW. h.
3. Short circuit the 4-pin (verification end) and 6-pin (signal ground) of the seven core socket to fix the display of the number of households being tested, which can detect the current displayed user error, and so on. Power display verification method: This multi-user energy meter has a power display function. When the verification plug is inserted into a seven pin socket, the digital tube in the lower row of the meter will no longer display the remaining power, but the corresponding household's power consumption. After the verification is completed, be sure to unplug the seven pin plug.
Transportation and storage methods
1. The transportation and assembly of electric energy meters should not be subjected to severe impacts, and should be transported and stored in accordance with ZBY00382/84 "Technical Conditions for Instrument Packaging".
2. When not in use temporarily, do not damage the original packaging. Store in an environment with a temperature of -25 ℃ to+70 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 85%. Long term storage should be moisture-proof, shock resistant, and heat-resistant.
Safety Precautions
1. Please read the manual carefully and pay attention to the wiring method. Do not connect the household number and the live and neutral wires incorrectly to avoid damaging the electricity meter.
2. The electric energy meter must be installed in the distribution box and should not be installed in a leak proof manner to prevent rain and sun exposure.
3. The neutral wire of the electric meter only provides the electric meter circuit, and the distribution box should not be operated without a neutral wire. Additional user neutral wire and ground wire terminals should be installed inside the distribution box. Special Reminder: After wiring the electricity meter, it should be carefully checked to avoid zero operation!
