Model Description

Usage environment
The frequency converter is not easy to install in places with vibration, and the vibration acceleration is often limited to below 0.3~0.6G. Because the main circuit connection screw inside the frequency converter
Easy to loosen, many frequency converters are damaged because of this;
The surrounding temperature of the installation site cannot exceed (-10 ℃ to+40C). Because for every 10 degrees increase in ambient temperature of electrolytic capacitors, their lifespan is approximately halved
Two large rectifying and filtering electrolytic capacitors are the core and important components of the frequency converter, which also have a significant impact on the heat dissipation performance of the IGBT module inside the frequency converter
Significant impact, thereby affecting the lifespan of the frequency converter;
Air relative humidity ≤ 90%, no condensation, avoid direct sunlight exposure of the inverter;
The frequency converter should be installed in a clean place. Do not use the frequency converter in environments with oily, acidic gases, mist, dust, or radiation areas.
working principle
The main circuit is the power conversion part that provides voltage and frequency regulation power to asynchronous motors. The main circuit of a frequency converter can be roughly divided into two categories:
Voltage type is a frequency converter that converts the DC of a voltage source into AC, and the filtering of the DC circuit is done by capacitors. Current type is a frequency converter that converts the DC of a current source into AC, and its DC circuit filter is an inductor. It consists of three parts: a "rectifier" that converts power frequency into DC power, a "smoothing circuit" that absorbs voltage pulsations generated by converters and inverters, and an "inverter" that converts DC power into AC power.
Rectifiers extensively use diode converters, which convert power frequency into DC power. Two sets of transistor inverters can also be used to form a reversible inverter, which can perform regenerative operation due to its reversible power direction.
The smoothing circuit contains a pulsating voltage of 6 times the frequency of the power supply in the DC voltage rectified by the rectifier, and the pulsating current generated by the inverter also causes fluctuations in the DC voltage. To suppress voltage fluctuations, inductors and capacitors are used to absorb pulsating voltage (current). When the device capacity is small, if there is excess capacity in the components of the power supply and main circuit, a simple smoothing circuit can be used instead of an inductor.
Inverters are the opposite of rectifiers. Inverters convert DC power into AC power of the required frequency, and by turning on and off six switching devices at a determined time, a 3-phase AC output can be obtained. Using a voltage type PWM inverter as an example, illustrate the switching time and voltage waveform. The control circuit is a circuit that provides control signals to the main circuit that supplies power (adjustable voltage and frequency) to asynchronous motors. It consists of a frequency and voltage "calculation circuit", a main circuit "voltage and current detection circuit", a motor "speed detection circuit", a "drive circuit" that amplifies the control signals of the calculation circuit, and an inverter and motor "protection circuit".

Panel tray opening size

The operation panel of V800 frequency converter adopts a three-level menu structure for parameter setting and other operations. The three-level menus are:
1) Functional parameter group (first level menu)
2) Parameters (secondary menu)
3) Parameter setting values (three-level menu)
After entering each level of the menu, when the display flashes, you can press the ▲ key, ▼ key
Use the key to make modifications. The operation process is shown in the following figure:
a) When operating the third level menu, you can press the PRG key or ENETER key to return to the second level menu. The difference between the two is:
Press the ENTER key to save the set parameters and return to the secondary menu, automatically transferring to the next parameter: Press the PRG key to discard whenThe previous parameter modification, straightReturn the second level menu with the current parameter number.
b) In the third level menu state, if the parameter does not have a flashing bit, it means that the parameter cannot be modified. Possible reasons include:
(1) This parameter is non modifiable, such as frequency converter type, actual detection parameters, operation record parameters, etc.
(2) This parameter cannot be modified during operation and can only be modified after shutdown.
