The buildings of the college are of different ages, some of which were built in the 70s and 80s of the last century, and the current meter system and power lines are far from meeting the needs of modern electricity management; It can only follow the traditional mode of manual meter reading and manual charging. It brings great trouble to logistics management; There are certain inaccuracies in the manually collected data, and the statistical reports are not conducive to the leader's decision-making. At the same time, due to the obsolescence of meters and meter boxes, and the aging of power lines, there are potential safety hazards.
School energy conservation requirements:
1. Use the prepaid model, pay first and then use electricity, and shut down without charge; Merchants, student apartments, and residential users. And special circumstances are required, such as holidays, uninterrupted power arrears within the time frame.
2. Malignant load identification; the use of illegal electrical appliances in student apartments and teaching buildings.
3. Set separately; For non-charging parts such as teaching buildings and public lighting, only data is collected and power is uninterrupted.
4. Meter remote transmission function: use communication lines, networks, optical fibers, etc. to transmit signals, and use intermediate equipment to monitor in real time on special software, energy consumption collection and analysis, etc.
Our company passed the centralized scale bidding of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Finance, and won the bid with the lowest price and the highest bid score after participating in the bidding. The number of winning bids is 3,113 single-phase meters and 532 three-phase meters, and the delivery work including system commissioning has been completed by the beginning of 2015.
