Product Overview

This product adopts an advanced microcontroller processing system for data collection, processing, and storage. It adds 4G communication and Bluetooth communication functions on the basis of traditional IC prepaid electricity meters. It communicates with the base station through the operator's 4G network and uploads it to the cloud server to achieve remote communication, remote meter reading, remote power on/off, and mobile prepayment of electricity bills. In the case of unstable 4G network, you can immediately switch to Bluetooth mode to achieve Bluetooth meter reading and Bluetooth recharge in a timely manner. At the same time, the 4G+Bluetooth dual-mode meter has the characteristics of high precision, high reliability, high overload, low self power consumption, and complementary communication advantages. The backend system interface design is simple and beautiful, the process operation is convenient, and users are easy to use, perfectly solving the difficulty of landlord electricity collection. It is suitable for scenarios such as apartments, property management, parks, and campuses. The main functions are as follows:

• 1) Online collection: The landlord adds WeChat and Alipay collection accounts through WeChat applet, and the tenant directly arrives at the landlord's collection account after paying the electricity bill;

• 2) Online payment: tenants can make online payment by scanning the meter QR code or sharing the QR code with the landlord, and support WeChat Alipay dual platforms (unlimited distance in 4G mode; 10 meters under obstacle free conditions in Bluetooth mode;

• 3) Remote closing: When the remaining power of the meter is "0", the system automatically closes the switch. Administrators can also forcibly turn on and off the electricity meter themselves when there is remaining power.

• 4) Automatic meter reading: When there is a signal, the software end of the meter will refresh the electricity level on the homepage every 30 minutes. Back end meter reading records, saving one record per day.

Instructions for Use

（1） Tenant Edition

• Use WeChat or Alipay to scan the QR code on the meter, or the landlord shares the QR code to enter the applet;

• Click on recharge, select the recharge amount, pay immediately, and click the "Finish" button on the payment page to complete the recharge;

• You can view your historical recharge records in the "My" personal center;

• You can view meter reading records in the "My" personal center, and the system saves one record per day;

• If the 4G network transmission fails (with a low probability of occurrence), you can switch to Bluetooth mode and recharge immediately;

  

  
  

（2） Management version (landlord version)

• Use WeChat or Alipay to scan the QR code on the meter and register your account as prompted;

  

  
  

• Scan the QR code to add an electric meter, each QR code is an independent ID, fill in the location information of the electric meter installation, and the corresponding unit price (unit price can be modified);

• Fill in the administrator's (landlord's) WeChat and Alipay collection accounts according to the process prompts. Please pay attention to the "name" column, and fill in the exact name of the ID card;

  

  
  

• Enter the meter details page to view the total electricity consumption and remaining electricity information (refreshed once every 30 minutes under normal signal status). This interface allows you to modify the unit price and force the switch on/off. Administrators can recharge the electricity meter through this interface and share the meter through WeChat. Tenants do not need to scan the code to recharge;

• Click the "Three Points" button in the upper right corner of the details page to access the following functional pages:

  (1) Meter reading: reading the latest electricity consumption and remaining electricity;

  (2) Meter reading records: View all meter reading records, save 1 record per day;

  (3) Equipment details: can rename location, can delete meter equipment;

  (4) QR code: Administrators can save or print QR codes for users to use;

  (5) Bluetooth mode: When 4G transmission fails, the Bluetooth mode can be switched to read and recharge the electricity meter;

  (6) Battery reset: can reset the power consumption and remaining power

  
  

• Enter the income interface to view payment details and check the recharge records of each electricity meter.

• Enter the "My" interface, where you can change your account password, payment information, set the "minimum deposit" amount, and change the administrator's phone number. You can also switch to the tenant version.

  ① Before installation, check whether the model and specifications of the product marked on the packaging box match the actual product. If they do not match, please contact the manufacturer;
