Overview
DDS rail type energy meter is a new type of single-phase electronic energy metering product developed by our company. This product complies with the technical requirements for Class 1 and Class 2 static AC active energy meters in GB/T17215.321-2008 and IEC62053-21 international standards, and is suitable for measuring single-phase AC active energy with a reference voltage of 220/230V and a frequency of 50Hz/60Hz. This product is suitable for a wide voltage range, high reliability, long lifespan, high accuracy, low power consumption, and has functions such as anti-theft. It adopts a guide rail structure design, which is small in size and easy to install. The standard 35mm guide rail installation interface is internationally recognized.
working principle
The electricity consumed by the user is converted from analog to digital by sampling the signals on the voltage divider and splitter, and the digital signal output by the digital multiplier is sent to the (digital/frequency) converter. The converter circuit outputs a pulse to drive the meter to accumulate electricity, and the energy consumption rate is displayed through a light-emitting diode for energy metering indication.

The output of the electric pulse test is a passive optoelectronic isolation method, with two wires connected to signal terminals 3 (-) and 4 (+) respectively.
Installation and Usage
Before use, the lead seal of the electric energy meter should be checked for integrity. For electric energy meters that are not sealed or have been stored for too long, they must be re inspected by a metrological authorization agency before installation. To ensure measurement accuracy.
The energy meter should be installed indoors in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct exposure of strong light to the meter window. The installation of the electric energy meter base plate should be placed on an insulated object that is not easily affected by moisture and is sturdy. It is recommended to install it at a height of 1.8 meters or more.
The electric energy meter should be wired according to the shell wiring diagram, and attention should be paid to the current size and the matching of the wires. The joint terminals should be suspended tightly to avoid damage to the instrument when the current is too high.
The voltage connected to the energy meter should comply with the reference specified value of the energy meter. The current passing through should not exceed the maximum current limit shown on the energy meter. Exceeding this range will result in inaccurate measurement, and in severe cases, may cause instrument damage and safety accidents.
When connecting an electric energy meter with specifications of 10 (40) A or above, copper core leads and copper connectors should be used for connection.
Transportation and Storage
The transportation and unpacking of electric energy meters should not be subjected to severe impacts. Measures for transporting precision instruments should be taken, and transportation and storage should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T15464-1995 "General Technical Conditions for Instrument Packaging".
The electric energy meter should be stored in its original packaging box, in a clean location with an ambient temperature of -25 ℃ to+70 ℃, a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, and the air should not contain harmful substances that can cause corrosion.
This product is a precision electronic instrument. If there are obvious signs of damage to the outer shell due to severe impact or falling from a high altitude during product handling, use, or installation, please do not power on the electric meter and contact our company as soon as possible for handling.
If the electric energy meter is not installed or used for a long time, it should be packaged properly and stored in its original box for no more than three years.
