Overview
The DDSU DIN rail mounted energy meter (hereinafter referred to as the "instrument") is an energy meter used to measure single-phase active energy with a reference frequency of 50Hz. This instrument is a high-tech product manufactured using internationally advanced ultra-low power large-scale integrated circuit technology and SMT process. It has significant advantages such as high measurement accuracy, good stability, high reliability, intuitive display, and strong overload capacity. The key components are selected from internationally renowned brands of long-life devices, which improves the reliability and service life of the product. The data display adopts LCD, which is intuitive and has infrared communication, making it convenient for users to manage energy data. This instrument complies with GB/T 17215.321-2008 and DL/T 645-1997/2007 standards. This instrument is equipped with an 8-digit LCD display that shows functional power levels. It has the characteristics of good reliability, small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, and easy installation. Widely applicable and convenient to set up
working principle
As shown in the figure below, the main working principle of this instrument is that the electricity consumed by the user is sampled through current and voltage; After A/D conversion, it is sent to the multiplier for multiplication, and the multiplied signal is then converted by the D/F converter. The pulse output by the frequency division circuit is sent to the microcontroller CPU for data processing and measurement. The microcontroller CPU displays the electrical energy data through LCD and reads the electrical energy data through 485 and infrared interfaces.

Installation and Usage
Before use, the lead seal of the electric energy meter should be checked for integrity. For electric energy meters that are not sealed or have been stored for too long, they must be re inspected by a metrological authorization agency before installation to ensure measurement accuracy.
The electric energy meter should be installed indoors in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct exposure of strong light to the meter window. The bottom plate of the electric energy meter should be placed on an insulated object that is not easily affected by moisture, and it is recommended to install it at a height of 1.8 meters or more.
The electric energy meter should be wired according to the shell wiring diagram, and attention should be paid to the current size and the matching of the wires. The joint terminals should be suspended tightly to avoid damage to the instrument when the current is too high.
The voltage connected to the energy meter should comply with the reference specified value of the energy meter, and the current passing through should not exceed the maximum current limit shown on the energy meter. Exceeding this range will result in inaccurate measurement, and in severe cases, it may cause instrument damage and safety accidents.
When connecting an electric energy meter with specifications of 10 (40) A or above, copper core leads and copper connectors should be used for connection.
Transportation and Storage
The transportation and unpacking of electric energy meters should not be subjected to severe impacts. Measures for transporting precision instruments should be taken, and transportation and storage should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T15464-1995 "General Technical Conditions for Instrument Packaging".
The electric energy meter should be stored in its original packaging box, in a clean location with an ambient temperature of -25 ℃ to+70 ℃, a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, and the air should not contain harmful substances that can cause corrosion.
This product is a precision electronic instrument. If there are obvious signs of damage to the outer shell due to severe impact or falling from a high altitude during product handling, use, or installation, please do not power on the electric meter and contact our company as soon as possible for handling.
If the electric energy meter is not installed or used for a long time, it should be packaged properly and stored in its original box for no more than three years.
