Overview

Single phase intelligent monitoring equipment is a high-tech product designed and manufactured using specific integrated circuits, the latest microelectronics technology, and SMT processes. The control chip of this instrument adopts professional measurement Soc, supporting a dynamic current range of 5000:1 and an active power measurement error of less than 0.1%. This instrument can provide industrial grade precision measurement for modules. This instrument has higher integration and superior anti electromagnetic interference performance. It is also designed based on the characteristics of the State Grid, with features such as a wide operating voltage range and high reliability. This product has a long working life, high accuracy, and low power. It can be used to measure single-phase AC active energy with a rated frequency of 50/60Hz, and meets the technical specifications of precision 1 and precision 2 AC active energy meters in the national standard GB/T17215-2008.


Main Features

  • Using an LCD display to show electricity usage information, under normal usage conditions, the lifespan of the LCD display exceeds 10 years.

  • Featuring power pulse output for instrument calibration and an OC output port with passive optoelectronic isolation. The pulse width is 80ms ± 20ms; the waveform is a square wave.

Main functions

1. Measurement function

Measure the total active power and store its data. It has the function of measuring positive and negative active electrical energy and accumulating it as positive energy.


2. Display function

Accumulated total power, voltage, current, and active power. Power display, with two decimal places, in kWh. Voltage is displayed to one decimal place in V, represented as "U", and current is displayed to two decimal places in A, represented as "I". Power display with two decimal places, unit in kW, represented as "P".


3. Introduction to LED indicator lights

Pulse indicator: The pulse indicator (red) flashes when there is a pulse.

Switch indicator light:

  • 1) LED turns off when turned on

  • 2) The LED lights up when shutting down


Wireless network indicator light:

  • 1) LED flashes when Wi Fi is not connected yet

  • 2) The indicator light will turn off after connection.


4. Button Introduction

Press and hold the button for 5 seconds: The Wi Fi module starts the connection mode, and the Wi Fi indicator light flashes.

6. APP power collection method: Refresh the total power every 0.1 kWh or 5 minutes.


Network Settings

Turn on the Bluetooth function of the phone, power on the product, and slowly flash the indicator light into the power distribution network. On the homepage of the app, you will find nearby devices in the upper right corner, click on the "+", and find the device you want to add. Select the corresponding WIFI, enter the name and password, and then click Next until the distribution network is completed. (Only supports 2.4G wireless network, does not support 5G wireless network, WIFI username and password should not contain Chinese characters, otherwise add fault).


troubleshooting

If you need to view more dates, you can check the monthly electricity consumption statistics (monthly electricity consumption data can only view the total daily electricity consumption, not the daily hourly electricity consumption statistics)

*For newly installed low-power devices such as LED lights and energy-saving lamps, due to their low power consumption, the app will first display 0.00 for a short period of time, and then display power statistics for a moment. This is a common situation. If the smart meter is connected to high-power devices such as 100W and 200W, the APP will quickly display power statistics information.


Installation and use

  • Please install the energy meter indoors in a well ventilated and dry environment. The bottom plate used for installing the meter should be fixed on a sturdy fire-resistant wall that is stable. It is recommended to install it at a height of about 1.8 meters or in a dedicated distribution box.

  • It is necessary to connect the wires according to the wiring diagram on the terminal box. It is recommended to use copper connectors to avoid the power meter being burned due to poor contact of the copper connectors in the terminal box.

  • When using a power meter in areas with frequent thunderstorms, lightning protection measures must be taken to prevent the meter from being burned out when struck by lightning.


Storage and transportation

  • The power meter in the original packaging of the product should be stored in an environment with a temperature of -40 ° C to+70 ° C, a relative humidity of less than 85%, and the air should not contain gases that may cause corrosion.

  • This product is an electronic device. Please avoid heavy object impact and collision during transportation and carrying.

  • When the casing of the power meter has obvious cracks due to severe impact or falling from a high place during transportation, please do not connect the wires to this power meter when carrying and installing.
