Scope of Application

The DZ47LE series residual current circuit breaker is suitable for use in AC 50Hz, rated operating voltage 230V~400V, and rated current up to 100A circuits. It is used for indirect contact protection of people and overcurrent protection of buildings and similar circuits. It can also provide protection against fires caused by grounding faults that persist due to the malfunction of overcurrent protection devices. Leakage circuit breakers with overvoltage protection can also provide protection against high voltage caused by power grid faults.

This series of products has been increasingly used as backup protection for ground faults and direct and indirect contact electric shocks in low-voltage distribution systems.

This product complies with GB16917 and IEC61009 standards.

Model and meaning

Working environment and installation conditions

1. The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, the lower limit shall not be lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature value over 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;

Note 1: For working conditions with a lower limit of -10 ℃ or -25 ℃, users must declare it to the manufacturer when placing an order;

Note 2: For working conditions where the upper limit value exceeds+40 ℃ or the lower limit value is below -25 ℃, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.

2. The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 2000M;

3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at+20 ℃. However, appropriate measures should be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature changes;

4. Pollution level: Level 2;

5. Installation category: Class II and III;

6. The external magnetic field of the installation site should not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction;

7. Generally installed vertically, with the handle facing upwards as the power on position, and an allowable error of 2 degrees in any direction;

8. The installation site should have no significant impact or vibration.
