Overview
HBM1 series plastic external circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) It is one of the new circuit breakers designed and developed by the company using international advanced technology. Its rated insulation voltage is 800V, suitable for sub AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 690V and below, and rated working current up to 800A. It is used for infrequent switching and motor starting in circuits. Circuit breakers have functions of over cutting, short circuit, and under voltage protection, which can protect the circuit and power equipment from damage. Circuit breakers are classified into four types based on their rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (LCU): C-type (basic type), L-type (standard type), M-type (higher breaking type), and H-type (high breaking type). This circuit breaker has the characteristics of small size, high breaking height, short arcing (some specifications have zero arcing), and anti vibration.
working environment
Altitude of 2000m and below
The temperature of the surrounding medium shall not exceed+40 ℃ (+45 ℃ for marine products) and shall not be lower than -5 ℃
Capable of withstanding humid air, salt, oil, mold, and nuclear radiation
The maximum inclination is ± 22.5 °
Can work reliably when receiving normal vibrations from the ship; Reliable operation under earthquake conditions (4g)
In a medium without explosive hazards, and where the medium does not contain gases or conductive materials that can corrode metals or damage insulation
In a place where there is no invasion of snow
Classification of Circuit Breakers

Note:
1. Circuit breakers for power distribution have no code; Protection: Circuit breakers for protecting electric motors are represented by 2
2. Direct operation without code; Electric operation P represents: Rotate the handle to operate Z represents
According to the number of product poles, it is divided into two poles (100A, 160A, 225A), three poles, and four poles. There are four types of neutral poles (N poles) in quadrupole products:
Type A: The N-pole does not have an overcurrent release installed, and the N-pole is always connected, without being connected or disconnected together with other three poles
Type B: The N-pole does not have an overcurrent release installed, and the N-pole is connected and disconnected together with the other three poles (the N-pole is connected first and then disconnected)
Type C: The N-pole is equipped with an overcurrent release, and the N-pole is opened and closed together with the other three (the N-pole is closed first and then opened)
D-type: The N-pole is equipped with an overcurrent release, and the N-pole is always connected without being connected or disconnected together with other three poles
Divided by rated current (A):
HBM1-63 is rated as Level 9 (6), 10, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63A (6A specification without overload protection);
HBM1-100 is classified as level 10, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100A;
HBM1-160 is classified as levels 100, 125, 140, 160, and four
HBM1-225 is classified as Class 7 of 100, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200, and 250A; HBM1-400 is classified into five levels: 225, 250, 315, 350, and 400A
HBM1-630 is classified into three levels: 400, 500, and 630A; HBM1-800 is classified into three levels: 630, 700, and 800
Quick Selection Table

Note:
1. 200: indicates a circuit breaker with only electromagnetic release; 300: indicates a circuit breaker with a thermal electromagnetic release; 000: Circuit breaker without release and accessories listed in the table
2. For HBM1-100 and 225 bipolar products, only 210, 310, 220, 320, 230, and 330 are available; For HBM1-100, 225 four pole circuit breakers 218, 318, 248, 348, there are no 240, 340, 260, 360, 268, 368 when the N pole is of type A and D
3. For HBM1-400, HBM1-630, and HBM1-800, the auxiliary contacts in specifications 248, 348, 278, and 378 are a pair of contacts (i.e., one normally open and one normally closed), while the auxiliary contacts in specifications 268 and 368 are three pairs of contacts (i.e., three normally open and three normally closed). Two sets of auxiliary contacts (except NBM1-63) are available with * specifications, but please specify when ordering
