Project Description

• In 2014, an international experiential industrial complex, the Elephant City International Trade Center, was erected. Elephant City International Trade Center is located east of Wenzhou South Railway Station, close to the Landscape River, south of Zhonghui Road, and west of Ningbo Road, and is the core prime location of Wenzhou South Railway Station South Business Zone (No. 1 in front of Wenzhou South Railway Station). Around the project, Panqiao Passenger Transport Center and Wenzhou South Railway Station radiate a population of 35 million in the six major cities of southern Zhejiang and northern Fujian. The Elephant City project has a total construction area of about 260,000 square meters, and is a multi-format complex commercial complex with clothing, shoes and hats, and small commodities as the main market, integrating shops, commercial buildings and SOHO offices.

  
  

• As a local enterprise, a famous brand in Wenzhou, our company inherited the Wenzhou Longwan Wanda Plaza project, and was designated as the only meter brand in Elephant City in the bidding, with more than 4,000 meters in the first phase and a set of intelligent electronic control system for remote sales. Supplies have been completed as of April 2017.
